The best thing about this software is we can easily segment our customers and products by volume and revenue. We can prioritize the data coming in and readily work on those data for maximum output. It's software that works on some coding, so it sometimes gives wrong forecasts according to the data provided, which affects the company's profitability and hence reduces the annual revenue. The web interface of the Planner is not easy to use and hence complicated. It requires particular expertise to understand and use the software. The best thing about this software is it's Machine Learning engine is self-training and improves with each forecasting cycle promising even higher accuracy. We can't rely totally on an AI because we would be risking lots of valuable data that could be leaked and sold in the open market. Also, employement would be reduced, and that's another problem.
