Arketa is fitness studio management software that handles class booking, client and staff management, reporting, marketing, and a branded app in one place. It also covers what a lot of studio software leaves out: one-on-one appointments and privates, events, teacher trainings, retreats, and on-demand video. The reporting includes a built-in AI assistant you can ask about your data in plain English, along with campaign tracking that shows which marketing actually brings in revenue. It's used by yoga and Pilates studios, gyms, and recovery businesses, from a single location to multi-location brands. The team has run studios themselves, and if you're moving from other software, they handle the switch for you: clients, packages, and stored payment cards all move over with a dedicated onboarding manager.
