The product is straightforward to use by our internal teams. Once trained, they can use the tool without support from Procurement. Arkestro works very well for a lot of spend categories; however, in some areas, such as Marketing services, we haven't yet been able to demonstrate the value of the tool. The problem Arkestro is solving is that we don't have the workforce to do RFPs for all our categories, especially those with many small transactions. Bid Ops was not a perfect fit at first with the way we do things, and it took some getting used to from our suppliers. However, the team at Bid Ops is super responsive to our needs and has been highly supportive to our suppliers. It didn't take long for them to make the necessary adjustments to fit our needs.
