Recommendations to others considering ArkCase:
ArkCase FOIA is a relatively new product. It has lots to prove, mainly because of its age. As a platform, it's on-par with the rest. Only, with ArkCase, you get a lot more attention, a lot more support, and a lot more value for money. These young companies must hold the same security and code quality certifications like established players. But these new companies fight to earn the trust of each client. The dedication you get from the team is second to none. They are relatively fast in deploying new needs if you have anything specific you need, plus you benefit from other people's feedback that gets weaved into regular software updates. It's not a market leader-quadrant player, but it's definitely a formidable contender. Practically, you get everything you really need, in a tight package and a team that is all ears for your specific needs.
If you're on the market for a modern FOIA SaaS solution, give ArkCase FOIA a try. If you're not a fan of a SaaS solution, there's a community version that your tech team can download and set up locally for your organization to test.
Either way, you lose nothing for trying, and you may just find yourself surprised of the quality of this software solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is ArkCase solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searching through different data locations on different technologies, in different formats has always been a challenge. And finding all of the requested information by requestors is causing backlogs. Having an eDiscovery FOIA solution that can also search through metadata and audio/video files is tremendously helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
