They are always willing to text or get on a scheudle call to work through any concerns. They have also made short videos for me when I have needed help navigating some of the features. The help/frequently asked questions is also pretty robust and I find most of my answers there. The design features of the software are pretty intuitive to use. Groundmount design takes a few more steps that I wish was a little easier. I really like the design outputs with a link/QR code that the customer is able to see a design in 3D. Someone with the link can move around a building and adjust shading and visualize different solar access period throughout the year. **What do you dislike about ARKA 360?** As a commercial solar user of this product I am not satisfied with the proposal portion of the software. The utiltiy tariffs we would use for commercial or agricultural rates are not prefix in the program. It would also be nice if there was a way to upload 8760 data for consumption. There is a workaround in the proposal where you can PDF without any financial information but it is lacking much other customization features. I can't even use the coverpage the report generates because it is a residential roof in the image. Groundmount design could be better, right now you have to treat it like it is a roof surface. I am currently using the software soley as a quick design tool and production estimate. I can not PDF out an accurate enough proposal that would work for our commerical and agricultural customer needs at this time. **What problems is ARKA 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Arka 360 has told me they are working on more customizable proposals. I would also like to see tracker groundmount design in future releases. We do a lot of tracker design so I can not use the ARKA360 tool for any of those projects. ### 20.
