Its reporting dashboard is overly generic and lacks media production-specific custom metrics to streamline our monthly performance reviews. The built-in reports only track basic email opens, link clicks and form submissions, with no pre-built filters to segment leads by the exact creative services they explored—such as social reel production, corporate documentary shoots or retail seasonal ad campaigns. When I need to quantify how many high-intent fashion brand leads downloaded our cosmetic commercial portfolio, I have to export raw CSV data, clean the datasets in spreadsheets and build custom pivot tables from scratch. There is also no native tracking for embedded video playback duration within marketing emails, so we cannot distinguish between prospects who briefly clicked a showreel thumbnail and those who watched full 10-minute demo footage, diluting the precision of our lead scoring model. Moreover, their knowledge base is a unique support and a significant tool, but there is still room for improvement. The bidirectional CRM sync is a great advantage, and we love their segment filters, which have helped us build several detailed segmentations for our contact base. I face a lot of difficulties combining my Salesforce account, and it's such an extended process, and their video lessons were poor. The low quality of customer service, and I hate nothing about Aritic Pinpoint. What do you dislike about Aritic PinPoint? It says it is designed for enterprise but honestly, it is not. It is very complicated and too much advanced to suit our needs. Aritic PinPoint's account-based scoring has helped us in delivering relevant campaigns to our clients. We identified the most prefered channel for communication, and was available for any tuchpoint. We have our accounts grouped properly which helps us in running relevant campaigns and tracking the progress of each account. Understanding all the features and using it real-time can be little overwhelming at first but once you have passed the initial hiccup, its all robust and smooth. I will suggest taking the demo and product tour. Their support team is very cooperative and will guide you through all the features. Recommendations to others considering Aritic PinPoint: If you are looking to nurture enterprise clients, this is the best tool in market. It has all automation features, ABM, and social media marketing in one place. Also, Aritic PinPoint comes directly integrated with Aritic CRM. Apart from this, bidirectional integration with Salesforce and native integrtaion with Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics is an added bonus. What problems is Aritic PinPoint solving and how is that benefiting you? Our main problem was in our earlier marketing automation tool, we were unable to nurture anonymous visitors. Also, in some cases we wanted to turn off tracking cookies because at enterprise levels, sometimes you need to customize how you are nurturing. All these were not possible in our previous tool. Add to this, we badly needed to implement ABM strategy for which we had to buy a separate ABM tool, until we found Aritic PinPoint. We bought the enterprise plan after reading several reveiws and also taking a demo. It has drastcially helped us in retaining our clients and reducing client complaints.
