Big Switch offers all of the latest networking capabilities (automation, api, vpc/tenant) yet just works as expected, which is becoming an increasingly rare attribute in the fast-changing Infrastructure world. If it meets your requirements, definitely don't be afraid to step into the white box/SDN world. I believe our Big Cloud Fabric has positioned us to easily integrate the network with any current or future compute/storage trend.
