Well it's a very useful software, and the software offers a wide range of features but the user have to learn it first how to use it. It took us some time to get to know the software and we have to learn it all and then only we got comfortable using it. The standard package works great and I really like the recent upgrades to Aware, the dashboarding feature. Using queries is a lovely way to keep up-to-date dashboards, but user-friendliness of queries could improve. ARIS is easy to install and the user management through Active Directory works well.
