Using aris is as simple as playing with shapes. **What do you dislike about ARIS?** Since my knowledge on other environment is limited I don't have other benchmarks or other softwares were I can compare ARIS with. Since the software itself already provided me with the comfort that I need and since my company that time is leaning towards using ARIS as our design platform, then I', still sticking with ARIS for now. **What problems is ARIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maybe the normal glitches that were also encountered by other softwares. ### 3. When I was a SAP consultant I used ARIS in many SAP implementations as this is a powerful and centralized repository for business process modelling. Also, it gives you ability to integrate with SAP transactions. The modelling notation is very simple to use and understand. **What do you dislike about ARIS?** I don´t have any points to raise regarding cons of ARIS.
