This is the best tool we are using right now. It offers so many features and makes our work easy. It is very easy to visualise our business process with AG Aris. We can easily manage our end to end process using that. Whatever operation is that, it works seamlessly. Everyone on the team can now understand how things work together. It also identifies wherever improvement needs to be done and suggests that to the user. It is overall a powerful software packed with lots of features and functions. It is easy to use and implement. Well it's a very useful software, and the software offers a wide range of features but the user have to learn it first how to use it. It took us some time to get to know the software and we have to learn it all and then only we got comfortable using it. What problems is ARIS solving and how is that benefiting you? Well Aris is solving two major problems in the industry which is unclear processes and hidden bottlenecks. Aris helps user to clearly define the process and visualise the workflows, it ensures that everyone is getting familiar with the process and ensures everyone understands their role and know how tasks are connected. We use this for documentation and it all works very accurately. They also provide data driven solutions and saves a lot of time and we find all these very productive as it saves a lot of time for us and makes our work easy. The standard package works great and I really like the recent upgrades to Aware, the dashboarding feature. Using queries is a lovely way to keep up-to-date dashboards, but user-friendliness of queries could improve. ARIS is easy to install and the user management through Active Directory works well.
