**What do you like best about ARchitect?**

The best feature is that everything is connected in one place. I can schedule an interaction and within it, look at all past history with that analyst and anything they have published recently.

**What do you dislike about ARchitect?**

The interface can be a little wonky at times, but I've heard that they are upgrading it soon.

**What problems is ARchitect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Architect is helping us keep everything organized. In a large organization with multiple people on the team, this software has become "our Bible" for the AR program.
