MitOS is the single system where energy project teams run permitting, land, contracts, guarantees, project controls, and financing together. From a project's facts (technology, capacity, location, constraints) MitOS derives which permits apply, in what order, with which documents and deadlines. Change one fact and the whole path re-derives. A portfolio dashboard, a parcel register with spatial checks, contracts, guarantees and invoices, a full-life financial model, and a document register with data room, executive binder and reports sit on the same record. Greece, Italy and Switzerland are live today, each on its own law. One product, two editions: a desktop application where nothing leaves your machine, or a cloud workspace for teams.
