It is a very user friendly database with adequate technical support provided when required.

Upon any system update there is a lag in the operation speed of the database.

It helps in simplifying the overall effort required for the handling of data involving the current deals being worked on.

It is very easy ro handle and operate. One can learn it having fun.

As if there is nothing which i am not liking

**What problems is ARGUS Acquire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to model commercial leases without building an excel model from scratch to analyze a new commercial real estate opportunity.
