"GitOps Done Right: Clear Drift Detection and Confident Kubernetes Deployments"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Argo CD?

I like how Argo CD makes Git a true single source of truth for Kubernetes.

It continuously compares the live cluster state with what’s in Git, highlights any drift in a clean UI, and lets me sync everything back either with a single click or automatically. That gives me clear, visual control over deployments, straightforward rollbacks, and confidence that what’s running in prod really matches what’s in the repo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Argo CD?

I don’t like that Argo CD can feel a bit heavy and fiddly to operate on a day-to-day basis.

With projects, apps, and all the different sync options, there are a lot of knobs to turn, and even small misconfigurations can end up causing confusing “OutOfSync” states. When Argo thinks something has drifted, figuring out why often means digging through logs and manifests rather than getting a clear, straightforward error message. "Streamlined GitOps Kubernetes Deployments with Easy Rollbacks"
4/5
What do you like best about Argo CD?

kubernetes deployments using the GitOps approach,we use it to automate deployments directly from azure git repositories, and that has significantly reduced manual changes and deployment mistakes. The rollback process is also straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Argo CD?

The RBAC and project configuration become a bit complex to manage as the setup grows, i am using configmap and my azure group are integrated with app to use SSO.

sometime application level permission are difficult i.e to allow specific user access of specific application Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Automating Kubernetes Deployments and Maintaining Consistency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Argo CD?

Argo CD makes GitOps adoption extremely straightforward. The UI is clean and intuitive, and it gives you a clear, real-time view of the state of your Kubernetes applications. I really like how easy it is to manage deployments, track differences, and roll back changes whenever needed. Syncing applications directly from Git brings consistency and removes a lot of manual steps from the workflow.

The integration with tools like GitHub, GitLab, Helm, and various SSO providers works seamlessly, and setting RBAC rules is simple. It also provides excellent visibility into application health, which makes troubleshooting deployments much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Argo CD?

Argo CD is powerful, but it can be complex to configure initially, especially when setting up multiple clusters or more advanced automation policies. The UI, although helpful, can sometimes lag when dealing with large-scale deployments. Also, error messages aren’t always clear, so debugging certain sync failures may require digging deeper into logs or manifests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
