Argile is AI-powered renovation software that transforms property videos into 3D models and measurements. It automates property assessments, enabling professionals to generate quotes, specifications, and energy reports from video footage. The platform detects and measures facades, windows, and structural elements, creating 3D models and 2D floor plans. Argile calculates energy savings using consumption patterns and local weather data. Its voice agent analyzes meeting recordings to suggest renovation solutions. The software centralizes project documentation, including quotes, reports, and communications, while offering thermal analysis and property value projections. With integration to thousands of building products, Argile provides site management tools for task coordination, time tracking, material management, and profitability monitoring. It supports EN 12831 compliance and e-signature workflows, streamlining the renovation process from assessment to completion.
