Though some integration is availble, it comes at high cost and is not much controllable.

1. I have many enhancement requests that do not get implemented. It would be very helpful if Arena provided a quarterly report of my suggestions/feedback with an implementation date.

2. I am a heavy user of Arena and have been for years. I would like the administrator role to have more freedom in making updates when things are 'locked'. I shouldn't have to withdraw an ECO for a typo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Search function is the worst ever invented by man

Some bulk change options are not available via CSV (Phase Cycle Changes for example), some modifications have to be made all over again and cannot be modified (Sourcing relationships for example), and items in one change cannot be transferred to another change easily (Very tedious and manual process). What I like most about Arena PLM & QMS is its comprehensive approach. The platform allows us to efficiently manage the entire product lifecycle and quality, from conception to production. The visibility it provides into project status, its ability to manage changes, and its seamless integration with other systems have been a game-changer for us.

While it is an excellent tool, I would like to see more customization options in certain reports and dashboards. Additionally, the initial learning curve can be a bit steep for new users, although the available support and training help to overcome this quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I also liked the adaptability of the configuration, which allowed us to customize the system to meet our unique needs, it make its very easy to roll out any new implmentations. This flexibility was a key factor in our decision to purchase this software.

Integrations are easy from the Arenan side once you understand the export file data, numberous systems have been integrated. This sysem has been user friendly due to the web design, and also being a cloud site.

This is a daily use tool for our entire compnay, the front runner for mamanging all of our engineering data.

The lack of options for creating linkages that are more controlled and searchable for documents. Item to Item references is the only official option and is not as flexable as I would like.

Lack of viewablity for finding effected Items for Changes being processed, wouldlike to see a more itemmized list of effected documents and assemblies ratehr than just top levels.

ECO implementation changing. Once ECO's are received, tracking the change and documenting changes. This is critical for the certifications we are required to maintain.
