Oftentimes, I wish the system would be able to identify items such as part numbers vs. requests vs. tickets easier. If I accidentally type an item number when I'm in the tab for requests, it shows no results. It would be nice if it had a "did you mean this item?" identifier. Arena PLM & QMS is very simple and clear. Its main feature is the possibility to access all the necessary information of our quality management system.
