**What do you like best about Arelion?**

The range of solutions Telia offers to its customers. They can provide solutions to individuals to the Giants of the industry. To top that, they can customize the offer as per your requirements.

**What do you dislike about Arelion?**

There is always room to improve. Due to the vast range of solutions being offered by Telia, the customer tends to confuse about which one to choose, the Customer Care should be able to identify the confusion and help resolve it.

**What problems is Arelion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a bridge between the wholesalers to the retail/end-user customer across the globe. We have to have a robust mechanism to cater to different segments. In order to be available 24/7 to our customers, we are using Telia VoiP. They have offered us a customized solution which makes us the preferred partner.
