"A great professional, full-featured DAW that starts at $1"
5/5
What do you like best about Ardour?

Ardour has a clean user interface and is easy to pick up and pleasant to work with. In fact, it is quite similar to other DAWs, but it is virtually for free. It is very versatile: it can be used for recording, mixing, soundtrack editing, even live performance. It has a very comprehensive feature set, including everything an artist is likely to need. What do you dislike about Ardour?

Occasional crashes and bugs particularly in large sessions . Undo is not always available and its behaviour is sometimes confusing. Beat-matching and aligning multiple songs is a bit clunky: Ardour seems to be geared more towards working with a single song than with multiple ones.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
