the only thing that needs work in my view is the richness of the SIEM data available for access by the service-user. Our concierge team is what makes our relationship with Arctic Wolf so beneficial. They are extremely responsive to risks and alerts and enacting the escalation paths we have worked with them to define. They have built and regularly refine a plethora of custom reports to help identify vulnerabilities and risks which we discuss on regular cadences. Our team at Arctic Wolf has in essence augmented our security team allowing us to focus on mitigating the identified risks and on the growth and maturity of our security program and security posture as a whole. I don't really dislike anything about Arctic Wolf. My only pain point is that the more monitoring you have, the more potential incidents you must investigate which takes time. That said, I don't think this would be much different with any other vendor as we've tuned the alerts about as well as we can to eliminate the majority of false positives without missing legitimate risks. We have seemingly constant contact with Arctic Wolf, with consistent / accurate monitoring as well as regular meetings with the AWN team to review both our AWN and infrastructure configurations to improve our monitoring ability of risks and to reduce risks within our infrastructure. AWN brings topics to each meeting if we don't have anything pressing we would like to discuss, offering potential areas of improvement or areas where risk is being found or exploited in the industry for us to consider including remediation steps and guidance. There are some missing or lacking integration options, though in a roundabout way we have coverage in all of these areas. There is no direct integration with Varonis, SonicWall NSM, or Auvik to name a few--there are solutions for these products that do work, just take a bit more work without a direct native integration. They allow IT teams to address risks at a high, or very granular level enabling a team approach withing an organization, all while providing a committed concierge team who seem to always be available and ready to help! I haven't found anything I'd say I dislike, but if I had to choose I would say the Risk Portal looks a tad daunting at first glance! It can be a lot of input, but it is a great tool and has been eye opening to see the different vulnerabilities across our environment as a whole, and the Arctic Wolf team helps you decipher the risks so you can focus on remediating the most critical risks, or those under an active exploit. The managed SOC service gives us confidence that our network is being watched at all times. Thankfully have only had 1 call out of hours (late on a Saturday night) and this turned out to be a backup service going crazy, but it was great to know that someone is on the case 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
