Our concierge team is what makes our relationship with Arctic Wolf so beneficial. They are extremely responsive to risks and alerts and enacting the escalation paths we have worked with them to define. They have built and regularly refine a plethora of custom reports to help identify vulnerabilities and risks which we discuss on regular cadences. Our team at Arctic Wolf has in essence augmented our security team allowing us to focus on mitigating the identified risks and on the growth and maturity of our security program and security posture as a whole. It's also immensely helpful to have the ability to easily view our many log sources in one platform during investigations whether with their support or on our own. My only pain point is that the more monitoring you have, the more potential incidents you must investigate which takes time. That said, I don't think this would be much different with any other vendor as we've tuned the alerts about as well as we can to eliminate the majority of false positives without missing legitimate risks. We have a small security staff, so their virtual augmentation of our staff has given us the opportunity to focus more on the direction and growth of our program and posture as well as to tackle some of the risks that we were not even aware we had until bringing on Arctic Wolf a few years ago. They help to offload the review of alerts so we only are pulled in to investigate those that can't be determined without a deeper dive. AWN brings topics to each meeting if we don't have anything pressing we would like to discuss, offering potential areas of improvement or areas where risk is being found or exploited in the industry for us to consider including remediation steps and guidance. What do you dislike about Arctic Wolf? I haven't found anything I'd say I dislike, but if I had to choose I would say the Risk Portal looks a tad daunting at first glance! It can be a lot of input, but it is a great tool and has been eye opening to see the different vulnerabilities across our environment as a whole, and the Arctic Wolf team helps you decipher the risks so you can focus on remediating the most critical risks, or those under an active exploit. Arctic Wolf helps us to locate risks and vulnerabilities across our environment, thereby reducing our potential for cyber exploits. Arctic Wolf's Security Awareness Training program is a great improvement vs the previous product we used. We really appreciate the short sessions, quizzes, and ongoing training, which help keep security at the forefront of our staff's minds, while the phishing simulations help us to determine which staff may need additional training - and they have it automatically assigned! The managed SOC service gives us confidence that our network is being watched at all times. Thankfully have only had 1 call out of hours (late on a Saturday night) and this turned out to be a backup service going crazy, but it was great to know that someone is on the case 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Agents auto deploy to new workstations as part of our deployment process and users get auto added to groups for Security Awareness Training ensuring we don't miss any new users or devices. Arctic Wolf were very thorough during onboarding, ensuring that they had logs from every possible device or service. The integrations are always growing and new features are constantly being added.
