**What do you like best about Arctera System Recovery?**

Vertias System Recovery is an okay system for backup and recovery.  I do like the option to back up certain folders on a server instead of the entire server which isn't needed in all cases.

**What do you dislike about Arctera System Recovery?**

The error messages you receive when the backup isn't successful aren't always clear.  You have to research to see what the fix is.  Sometimes the Veritas Knowledge base isn't that helpful.

**What problems is Arctera System Recovery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Veritas is an option when backing up critical systems.  It is a solution that was put in place for making sure information was backed up to a secured location.

**What do you like best about Arctera System Recovery?**

I like that Veritas System Recovery provides a single unified solution to recover from downtime or disasters in minutes. It is also nice that it can restore physical and virtual machines to bare metal or totally different hardware altogether.

**What do you dislike about Arctera System Recovery?**

The biggest issue with Veritas System Recovery is that it does not work well with databases and database snapshots. Restoring the operating system and flat files is one thing, but being able to protect individual database snapshots would improve the software.

**What problems is Arctera System Recovery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Veritas System Recovery being able to protect and restore physical and virtual environments is critical to keep the organization running and operational and to recover essential systems from failure.
