What do you like best about Arctera Backup Exec?

I like the support of veritas, but they still need to add qualified staff; my last call wtih vetitas support went for more than 2 hours to resolve my issue, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arctera Backup Exec?

I don't want the system recovery running individually in each server, i want to have a server version of System recovery, so we can image all servers from one console, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Arctera Backup Exec solving and how is that benefiting you?

Veritas need to focus on large business enterprise and improve their product, add more features like backup full and sync the changes, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
