ArcSolar is solar and battery CRM software for Australian retailers and installers. It connects customer records, sales pipelines, mobile quoting, roof proposals, installation work and rebate tracking. Teams can analyse electricity bills with AI, review detected NMI details, prepare savings estimates and follow up outstanding quotes. Built-in communications bring calls, emails and follow-up tasks into the customer workflow. GreenDeal and Formbay integrations support rebate workflows, while sales, operations and finance reporting help teams track progress. Role-based access keeps responsibilities clear across sales and delivery. ArcSolar is designed to help teams move from a new enquiry to a proposal and installation without repeatedly entering the same customer information. Contact ArcSolar for a demonstration of the workflows and integrations available for your business.
