ArcSIP is a unified cloud platform for business phone, contact center and remote calling. Teams use one system instead of running three separate tools side by side. Office staff and support agents share the same numbers, phonebook, internal chat and call history. They make and take calls from the browser or the iOS and Android apps. Admins, supervisors and agents each get a workspace that shows only what their role needs. The workspace keeps recent calls, missed calls, voicemails and internal chat in one place. Its dialer handles up to five lines, with hold, transfers, conferencing and call park. Agents see caller details and past notes during a call, then set a call outcome when it ends. Live KPIs show calls in queue, parked calls and current SLA against the target. Admins buy, port and set up every phone number from one place in ArcSIP. New numbers take a few steps to buy, with search by country, state and city. Existing numbers can move over from another provider through a port-in request. Admins can also register a caller name (CNAM) so calls show the business name. Porting and CNAM are add-ons, and both requests appear in one list with their status. Each number then gets its own call flow, multi-level IVR, business hours and SLA target. As call volume grows, teams can add queues, a live dashboard and call listening for supervisors. All of this runs on the same numbers, so there is no need to switch platforms. Every call has a call journey that shows each step, transfer and fallback, with the time and reason. ArcSIP Unlimited costs $29 per user per month, with a minimum of three users. It includes unlimited calling in the US and Canada and unlimited concurrent calls. All the contact center tools above are part of the same plan. You can try it free for 7 days without a credit card.
