English Most business software was built for tech-savvy sales teams with a dedicated IT person and a three-month onboarding budget. Autopilot was built for a paving contractor in Trois-Rivières who has eight guys on the road and no time to figure out why his CRM is asking him to connect to Salesforce. We work with service and construction companies between $2M and $15M. Businesses that run well but still operate on text messages, gut feel, and a spreadsheet nobody's updated in three weeks. The owner knows the business is working. He just can't always tell you why, or where he's leaving money behind. Autopilot has three parts. The CRM handles the quote pipeline, client follow-ups, automated rebooking, and post-job review requests. Quotes go out as clean PDFs. Commissions calculate on their own. Nothing falls through the cracks because somebody forgot to follow up. The Field side manages the team on-site. GPS time punch, dispatch, remote area calculator, job tracking. The owner can see what's happening across all his crews without spending the morning on the phone. The Business Intelligence layer takes all that operational data and turns it into plain language. Which service made the most money this month. Which crew is ahead. Where the margins are thinning. Answers, not pivot tables. Flat rate for up to 10 users. Live in 48 hours with hands-on setup. Over 40 integrations available.
