Major and constant problems with tape backups, resulting in disk space issues during disk-2-disk-backup. Most of our money for online support is spend just to keep arcserve running. It is very costintensive and needs a lot of manual care by experts who often need the help of experts who don't have the time to help because they help more important customers with arcserve problems. "It's okay - when it works..." 2/5 What do you like best about Arcserve Tape Backup? I'm not a big fan of tape backup, but I don't mind having to support it. As long as it works, I'm fine with it.
