The interface isn't exactly intuitive. They tried to make it super intuitive, but in the process, it's hard to know if you're doing the right things for actually backing all your drives or setting up for a disaster recovery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great data backup tool for storage and replication "

What do you like best about Arcserve Cloud Direct?

We have been able to reduce file size by replicating data and storing it on external hard drives. In addition, the backup tools allow cloud retrieval should we ever need to restore our systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcserve Cloud Direct?

While the tools to back up and replicate are easy themselves, neivgating to them is sometimes a bit difficult. The interface seems to update a lot so we have to keep up with the changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great tool with great customer support to help avoid the disater of losing data, it not only helps you, but teaches you data storage and replication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Arcserve Cloud Direct solving and how is that benefiting you?

Arcserve/Zetta has allowed us to have peace of mind should a fatal error ever occur and we need to retrieve data. The cost is inexpensive as well, and we got a free trial month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arcserve Cloud Direct?

Zetta is useful when it comes clustering multiple customers. Paths are easy to create and their tech support is very helpful if their is an issue. They answer immediately and they follow up within a matter of a few days. The user interface is easy to use and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcserve Cloud Direct?

I have not been able to troubleshoot an issue by myself. I usually have to call support if something has failed. I have also had an issue with restoring files. I had to have Zetta support walk me through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Low Bandwidth? No problem"

What do you like best about Arcserve Cloud Direct?

We specifically sought out a product like this due to our low bandwidth locations (satellite). After the initital backup, Zetta only uploads differences and carries forward the rest to essentially create a "full" each night. Backups are now completed in minutes.
