(a month or so ago) **Recommendations to others considering Arcserve UDP:** It"s a magic when Arcserve works, it's a bitch when it doesn't. Reliable solution but...men, get your hands on first than decide **What problems is Arcserve UDP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Backup of our +/- 150 users O365 environment. No on premises HW needed ### 3. Sure it does have a clean interface and when it works it works, but thats not enough. **What do you dislike about Arcserve UDP?** It needs my constant attention. I am the owner and IT guy in one person and i need a solution that works everyday. After some windows updates backups start failing and after hours of research why all i find is: Make a new job.
