ARCounsel follows up on past-due invoices for law firms, so attorneys and staff don't have to make the awkward calls. We work in your firm's name, on templates you approve before anything goes out. Follow-up starts with polite reminder emails. Then our AR specialists follow up by phone, email and text for about 90 days. Every touch is logged, and you get a one-page summary each week. You stay in control. Lock any client or matter, set the payment-plan terms we can offer, and get every dispute passed straight back to you. We talk about the invoice and how to pay it, never the substance of the matter. Clients pay you directly, through the payment link or instructions you already use. We charge a flat monthly fee and never take a percentage of what you collect. Accounts still open after about 90 days come back to your firm with a full activity log. We connect read-only to QuickBooks Online, LeanLaw and Clio, and we never change your books. Firms on other billing systems can send an A/R aging export (CSV or Excel).
