Bad Business Practices **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Isaac H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024 **What do you like best about Arcoro?** Never had the chance to use the software. Will explain in full review. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** I signed up for Exaktime because Sage100 Contractor's time keeping app wasn't working on Android. The next day after signing the contract, Sage released their update. Exaktime had not provided any services, or even contacted me in any way for implementation of services, but when I asked to be refunded they refused even a partial refund. I realize I signed a contract, but if you don't provide any services, and your client no longer needs your services, you don't charge them $2k. I would *never* do that to a client. If I ever need timekeeping service in the future, I will now never consider them. If they had given me a refund I would definitely have considered them, as they would have proven to me that they are a partner, acting in good faith. I spent several phone calls with people telling me that they would "try" to get me a refund, and never heard back. Their product may be fine, but I will never know, because their business practices are terrible. **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Never had the chance to use the software. Used to work well - now it's a laggy, buggy system **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2023 **What do you like best about Arcoro?** I like that employess can clock in/out with their phone, select the locaiton, and cost code. It also like that it takes a photo of said employee and includes the GeoLocation, and distance from. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** I started using this program 4 years ago, and it worked well. I manage much of the time for the a company of 150 employees. Now? The system has become extremely buggy, and gets worse as time goes on. Arcoro (new? parent co) has nothing but issues. We have their AccountLinx service and it is the worst... stopped working a few weeks ago on some computers. Exaktime lags, especially during high-impact times, such as everone clocking it at same time, as if ExakTime doesn't ahve enough server bandwitdh for the increased traffic. I have recommended our company find a new service. **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves having to deal with job clocks and keyfobs at each location. Employees can use their phone to log in/out. I like the GeoFence and the photo it takes when clocking in/out - we can see if employee is actually on the job, or sitting in their car, or miles away from where they are supposed to be at that moment. **Official Response from Megan Zolnierowicz:** > Hi there, Thanks for being a customer for the past four years. When they sold the program they said it was the best in the industry. But not at all. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** The customer service is the worse. It takes weeks to get a callback. The program has flaws that cannot be fixed. A great disadvantage is that the GPS tracking is not live. **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does what any free program will do to track hours. But sometimes it will not let the employees clock out. So the hours are not accurate. Buyer Beware **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022 **What do you like best about Arcoro?** Not much. One of the worst ATS's I've ever experienced. It's incredibly cheap, which means you get what you pay for. It has the bare bones of what you would need for an ATS and has no scalability. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** It won't scale with your growing business. The account management and customer service are terribly slow, incompetent, dishonest and unreliable. We've had support tickets that were active for 6+ months. Our account manager bold face lied to us many times. The product was broken twice and still wasn't fixed by the time our contract was up. The worst part about it is one of the things that was broken was that all of our notes that were copied from Google docs were formatted in html/coding. They were illegible. They wanted to charge us $20k+ to migrate our data cleanly and legibly. We weren't the only customer that was affected either. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for an affordable ATS solution. **Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:** Look at other options, unless you're ok with waiting months before having support cases resolved. **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just more headaches. Arcoro was not a viable Appplicant Tracking System solution for our growing organization. In fact, it decreased productivity and cost us a lot of time, money and energy. ### 5. Was duped into buying. They say all the right things; doing, on the other hand, is lacking. Please understand that I could write pages on the lack of functionality. If you are considering this product, avoid the demo until they can show you a completed list of updates and a future list of improvements. It appears that the positive reviews here are attributed to ATS; If all you need is ATS, I think I can recommend that for some smaller businesses. If you are interested in the other modules, from someone who has worked with and implemented other learning systems, BirddogHR is years away from being a viable solution; there is just so much wrong... **Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:** Consider for ATS only **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has improved hiring via ATS ### 7. Unsatisfied **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2017 **What do you like best about Arcoro?** One stop shop for payroll, benefits, timekeeping, performance management, ATS. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** The design is very basic, you certainly get what you pay for. There was no project timeline given for implementation. Implementation was very rocky and implementation managers were hard to work with. After expressing dissatification in the product, Infinity did nothing to help us become a satisfied customer. The timekeeping system is extremely time consuming for timekeepers. What you see is what you get with this system, customization and upgrades are nearly impossible if you request them. Upgrades are only done on a quarterly basis and Infinity chooses the scope of those upgrades. **Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:** Know that with this system, you get what you pay for...little customization, very basic system,. **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** This system is creating business problems, not solving them. ### 8. The LMS is incredibly cumbersome, unstable, not intuitive, not user friendly, and there's not even an admin manual. No one at Birddog seems to know how to answer even the most basic LMS questions. I'm not even sure if the LMS was ever used by another company besides ours, as there are lots of questions posed by our E-Learning design manager that Birddog cannot answer, like the number of users the system can handle at once, etc. Not cool. **What do you dislike about Arcoro?** Absolutely everything, from the unstable platform (it chronically logs people off at random times, resets passwords without notifying users, etc.) **Recommendations to others considering Arcoro:** Don't do it **What problems is Arcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. **Official Response from Ann Torry:** > We are so sorry that you haven't had a positive experience so far and we'd like to make that right.
