## Archy Reviews
  ### 1. Intuitive, Office-Friendly System with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gwen O. | Patient Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Archy?**

I like that their customer support is always there to help and the system is overall incredibly intuitive for offices and has good training which makes integration easier. They also take our feedback into account as well.

**What do you dislike about Archy?**

I don’t love the billing/ledger side of things, but they’ve taken our feedback on this area and are working on updates to make it better for users.

**What problems is Archy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, it’s a young system that has grown a lot and is consistently working to improve and get better. I can see Archy becoming one of the most widely used dental software options in the future. It offers many features that other systems don’t, which really sets it apart. The team is always willing to discuss features we’d like to see and any improvements that could be made. Their customer service is also just a chat away whenever we have questions about different things.

  ### 2. Perfect Software, Seamless for Dental Practices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kendra v. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Archy?**

I love Archy's offline capture system because we can continue to take radiographs even during a shutdown. It allows us to keep seeing patients without disrupting the patient flow, which is crucial for us when there are internet issues or other disruptions. Archy is well compatible with MouthWatch, and we use this to take intraoral pictures. The initial setup of Archy was smooth and really easy, with the Archy team supporting our setup every step of the way. I believe every feature in Archy is perfect for our office. It's perfect software and user-friendly for any person, not only people with a dental background.

**What do you dislike about Archy?**

Nothing in specific, Archy is an awesome software.

**What problems is Archy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Archy solves everything from billing to making patient visits easy. The offline capture system lets us take radiographs without internet, preventing flow interruptions during shutdowns.

  ### 3. Seamless Integrations and Simple Scheduling That Make Training a Breeze

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryeed K. | Managing Dentist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Archy?**

There are so many things I like about archy:
1. Integration- It's integration with Mango, integrated messaging, integrated with Pearl AI means that our team can use these services seamlessly. It's less passwords to memorize. It's making calls easier for my team since they don't need to ask patients for their names and spend time searching up accounts, it pops up automatically. The messaging is already linked to patients accounts which is awesome to keep communication clear. The automatic call notes make it very easy to screen and very callls.
2. Simplification- Archy really did a great to simplify the platform. It's very few clicks to add a patient in, adding addresses are really easy since it autofills from google maps. Forms send with. click of the button and can be automatically sent and linked to procedures. The ability to use a kiosk is amazing for our older patients that don't use phones. It's all very simple and intuitive. You can customize what part team members have access too which makes it easier to to train and easier to use.
3. Schedule guides- this saved my sanity, makes it easy to train non dental people how to book patients when there is a guide on the schedule.
4. Reporting- A lot of the reports I rely on are easy to access and quick to pull in the reporting tab. It's been nice being able to see the geopgraphic location of my patients on a map as I try to figure out where to expand to. (Actually changed our mind and direction on our second location.
5. Auto verification of insurance is very quick and accurate, has saved my insurance coordinator a lot of time.
6. Customer support has been great, they prefer to email unfortunately but they are thurough no matter how small or big the issue is.
7. Intra-office chat

**What do you dislike about Archy?**

1. The ledger-it's easier now that's i've gotten used to it. You have to change your thinking about how the ledger works- different then most dental software. Similar to how a lot of trade/service business work. It took a lot of adjusting to get used to it.

2. Collections report- It's simple to pull but hard to verify and track things on it.

3. Transition from denticon- It's doable, it was worth it but it did not have anything other than patient name, last 5 appointments and contact information transfer from my previous PMS.

**What problems is Archy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication both within the office and with patients. My officer used to make a lot of simple errors when it came to pre-auths, scheduling and informing patients of costs. At it's core it was a communication issue in my office. we weren't communicating well as a team which led to errors on our ends. Then we weren't communicating to patients which led to confusion. Having the texting and calls integrated was huge, auto call notes made it so we were not repeating conversations.Sending treatment plans and forms wee much easier.

  ### 4. Challenges in Transitioning and Usability Hurdles

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jashneek C. | General Dentist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Archy?**

I really like the Pearl AI feature in Archy. It helps demonstrate the probing depth and shows cavities in color, which is great for patient education.

**What do you dislike about Archy?**

I'd like to share some observations and suggestions based on my daily clinical use of Archy. These points focus on workflow efficiency and usability, especially in a busy practice where time and clarity are critical. First would be charting and odontogram visibility. Currently, watch indicators on the odontogram become obscured when a restoration, for example, a filling or a crown, is present. My suggestion would be if the watch indicator should remain clearly visible on the exact surface where it was placed regardless of existing or future restoration. Second would be the color differentiation in the odontogram, where some color codes are too similar, making it difficult to distinguish between statuses at a glance. My suggestion would be to use more contrasting colors. Number three would be editing recommended restorations. Editing treatment surfaces is currently not up to the mark, requiring deleting and reentering codes. My suggestion would be to allow dynamic editing of restoration surfaces. Number four is specific history tracking; there is no easy way to view the complete history of a specific tooth. Number five would be X-ray management and comparison, as selecting a new template each time images are taken makes longitudinal comparison difficult. Lastly, we did have many challenges during the transition period, particularly in transferring X-rays and dealing with customer service that was not readily available.

**What problems is Archy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Archy helps demonstrate probing depth and cavities in color, enhancing patient education through its Pearl AI feature.

  ### 5. User-Friendly and Efficient!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Archy?**

I really like Archy because it's very user-friendly, or as I like to call it, easy like an iPhone. It's easy to look at a patient's chart or their billing by simply clicking the clearly labeled buttons, which makes everything self-explanatory and simple to use. As someone responsible for training others, I appreciate how easy it is to train new team members on Archy. It's very streamlined and organized, which makes the training process smooth and straightforward. I also like that it's a modern and up-to-date platform, with regular updates and new features being released, which gives me confidence that our feedback could influence future updates.

**What do you dislike about Archy?**

I would love to see a dark mode feature because we're consistently staring at computer screens all day and a darker version would be easier on the eyes. I also want a feature where notes are date and time stamped with the person who edited it, so it's more transactional and we can keep accountability at the forefront. Lastly, I wish for more customization options as some things are currently locked out in this phase, but I'm hopeful they'll come up because there are updates and new releases all the time.

**What problems is Archy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Archy for dental processing, including insurance verification, benefits checks, and handling personal health information. Archy is user-friendly with clearly labeled features, making it easy to train team members. Its streamlined design aids in quick and efficient use.

  ### 6. Nice Scheduling Layout, but Ledger, Invoices, and Texting Need Improvement

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Archy?**

The schedule layout is nice. I like the schedule guides

**What do you dislike about Archy?**

I very much dislike the ledger and invoices. The text messaging features are very basic and not much we can customize. When we reach out for help a lot of times we are told that the features we are needing to utilize Archy better and never a current feature and can request it for a feature time.

**What problems is Archy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure

  ### 7. Everything Is Customizable—Love the Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Archy?**

I love that everything is fully customizable! Their support team is always listening to their customers to help improve/streamline all processes!

**What do you dislike about Archy?**

The only thing I do not like about Archy is the inability to create custom recalls. For example, our office does Saliva Testing, recommended 1x per year. We are not able to create a recall to notify us when they are due for a new test. Same with perio-charting.

**What problems is Archy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Archy saves so much time with sending insurance claims! When the appointment is completed the claim is already drafted ready to go!
