If you properly set up the tool, you wil literally save hours of your work to analyze different supplier offers (when we talk about 10+ supplier and 100+ SKU quotation submittions. It's with every IT-SW system; you have to use it regulary. But at the end , this SW its self explaining. Instruction videos from Archlet are helpfull. What was missing is to see if all bidders has read my first introduction email to have immediately the reponse level. if response level is too low I can push immediately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
