Archiz helps to manage client details in a better way to find them and reach them. The best thing is onboarding is very smooth, unlike other CRM tools **What do you dislike about Archiz CRM?** Sometimes Archiz CRM is not that responsive, which interrupt the workflow. Can add more features to use, it can be made cost-efficient so that it can reach more small enterprises and expand their market **What problems is Archiz CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had difficulty in using our previous CRM tool, which was more complex to use, but Archiz CRM is easier to use and user-friendly, even onboarding went well with stage-to-stage clarity on the all the process ### 2. We don't have to add more restrictions on the lead capture criteria; the preset conditions are only captured. **What do you dislike about Archiz CRM?** Archiz CRM has very minimal features, not featureful like LeadSquared or Salesforce. The lead segregation stages are minimal, and there is not much lead stage suggestion. Sales reporting is basic. **What problems is Archiz CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Archiz CRM as a short-term CRM tool during hybrid work. Archiz helps me handle customer data with fundamental data like contacts and email captures. I can also use Archiz to update the lead's interest in the database. ### 3.
