Archively is digital archive software that centralizes cataloging, governance, and publication of institutional collections. It employs a human-centered AI approach, where machine-generated proposals are reviewed by staff before becoming permanent records. The system captures OCR, transcription, speaker diarization, captions, keywords, and entities for archivists to review. The workflow includes ingestion, AI proposal, quality review, rights assessment, and publication, with all changes tracked in version history. Archively supports standards-based interoperability, importing formats like CSV and EAD and exporting to Dublin Core, MODS, and METS. The discovery interface offers faceted, full-text, and semantic search across media types, including IIIF materials. Features include persistent identifiers, checksum verification, access control with roles and permissions, and audit trails. Deployment options include cloud-hosted and self-hosted environments.
