Archimedes Consulting provides consultative services pertaining to the improvement of business processes. They utilize a series of globally accepted best practices, industry knowledge, and technology to make iterative improvements to processes. Best practices being used by Archimedes include; Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL/ITSM, Kaizen, TQM, and others. Their staff have experience in the business operations space, and information technology. Examples of technology include robotic process automation on a variety of platforms, which once implemented performs repeatable tasks a user would normally perform. There is also improvement of processes by way of tooling implementation using the Microsoft 365 platform. Tools like Microsoft Power Apps, and Power Platform, with SharePoint.
