Thanks to the new view it's very easy to see who’s in the office and where everyone sits. I can book a desk near my team or simply plan in advance when to go. I haven't tried any other product for managing hot desks, but I joined several demonstrations and Archie seemed to be on par with the best options other there. The only area where I think the product could be improved is visibility into colleagues schedules. You can find a colleague on a map, see when they'll be at the office and all that, but I am missing a single view, only for my team, showing planned presences for the following week or two.
