Archer is a very useful system to track and house audit results. We use it mainly at the conclusion of an audit to upload all our files, and send items through a workflow for review and approval. The querying and reporting capabilities are excellent, and the interconnections of all of the applications and modules really helped to bring data together that used to be a very manual and error-prone process. Often, work is lost due to user error or the occasional system error. Report writing can sometime be tedious or not quite work how you want due to the required data relationships.
