**What do you like best about Archer?**

Integration capabilities. Ability to quickly configure basic applications and questionnaires. 

**What do you dislike about Archer?**

User interface, not the most comprehensive customization set of options. 

**What problems is Archer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Risk assessments/internal audit/findings can be automated across geographies.

**What do you like best about Archer?**

The querying and reporting capabilities are excellent, and the interconnections of all of the applications and modules really helped to bring data together that used to be a very manual and error-prone process. 

**What do you dislike about Archer?**

Getting the data into the system can be tedious, as there are a lot of required fields. Often, work is lost due to user error or the occasional system error. Report writing can sometime be tedious or not quite work how you want due to the required data relationships. 

**What problems is Archer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to report information more timely, completely, and accurately, and have audit data more organized for people outside the audit group.
