Automated Onboarding Personalized onboarding to suite a person’s job role. From the first step to the last step, everything is automated. **What do you like best about ArcHRM?**

This had everything from onboarding, negotiating, compensation and was able to organise the whole employee information around this

**What do you dislike about ArcHRM?**

Noting was a feature that i disliked. It covered most of the features required only integration was little time consuming but had all required features

**What problems is ArcHRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One stop solution from employee onboarding to payroll to compensation to termination. It had everything required to run a HRMS
