ArcCRM has made our marketing campaigns much more effective and manageable. The segmentation tools allow us to target the right audience with personalized messages, while the automation features save us a ton of time by handling routine tasks. Plus, the real-time data analytics let us track campaign performance and quickly adjust strategies as needed. Me and my team is using this tool for more than a month now and the onboarding process is quite easy as well. While ArcCRM is excellent overall, the dashboard could be a bit more customizable for quick access to key metrics. It would be helpful to tailor it more to our specific needs. ArcCRM has streamlined our campaign management by automating repetitive tasks and giving us deeper insights into audience behavior. One of the goals that we are constantly striving for is to connect customer tickets to the most appropriate agent. Archarina's auto assigning logic has been a much-welcomed solution. We appreciate the depth of the SLA setup; however, perhaps there could be even more refined definitions that could be assigned.
