High degree of package availability when in cluding the AUR in the repositories. It's relatively easy to install if you just watch youtube videos honestly. You have the ability to customize everything about Arch. From the desktop environment to the kernel. The repository is full of all software imaginable and the AUR (Arch user repository) provides what isn't yet available. Your first installation of Arch is slow and prone to error, but then you became much more quicker.
