**What do you like best about Arch Retail?**

A functionally rich, natively integrated solution that understands the challenges of African retail. The staff clearly understand FMCG retail and wholesale, not just the software itself.

**What do you dislike about Arch Retail?**

The current solution isn’t cloud-based, but Arch is in the process of finalizing its Arch G2 Cloud solution.

**What problems is Arch Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple to use: buy right and sell right. It helps me keep optimal stock levels and maintain margin control.
