I work in Operations, so after using many workflow tools, I can say that it does covered all my use cases. **What do you dislike about ArcGIS Workflow Manager?** I wish there was a small course teaching us about this tool and if the course is segregated into different segments. I don't know if they have that already. Otherwise I currently have no issues. **What problems is ArcGIS Workflow Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** So I have to design different workflows at my work like order process, purchase order, etc and through this tool it helps me to design a very cohesive and user-friendly chart. ### 3.
