Survey123 allows the surveyor to locate the geographical information of the survey takers to better enhance the quality of metadata. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Survey123 has been known to be glitchy for the survey takers, though I have not experienced anything that debilitates the study too greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability to use excel to create and modify surveys and to see what the finished product will look like and test it before you publish it and make it public. Creating form is an easy workflow to learn and it is a great way to gather information from a large workforce or small. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you make a change to the form after is has been published it is hard to get the new changes without deleting any previously gathered data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a lot of great data-validation and form-logic tools available to publishers using this product. Those with experience using other XForm and XLSForm (ODK, Ona, etc) will have little problems adjusting to the Esri implementation found in Survey123. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
By default, published forms are backed by hosted feature layers (in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise) which limit your ability to manage data (my opinion). This has lead me to experience a number of issues with reliability and I have since migrated my data source to my own ArcGIS Server Feature Services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Nicolas. Many thanks for your review! You can easily create surveys on top of your existing feature services if that gives you more confidence. This blog post describes how: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2017/09/25/working-with-existing-feature-services-in-survey123-for-arcgis
Thanks again for your review!

What I like the most is that Survey123 for ArcGIS presents a simple interface, it is based on form-based data capture allowing the user to create their survey, and it can also be shared and analyzed with very little effort. We can also conduct the survey by downloading the Survey123 mobile app from ArcGIS. It gives us the option to download the survey on the device, which will allow us to conduct the questionnaires offline and send the results when we reconnect. To use it, we must have an ArcGIS organization account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From Survey123 for ArcGIS, I have sometimes encountered problems with the synchronization of some surveys. However, when I have reported the issue, the technical support team helps me effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that this can be built on top of existing data, or collect new data. I think the new report template functionality it awesome, however it lacks some requirements for my organization at this time, and I'm not sure if this will be addressed in the next release - see below. It would be nice if you could export multiple survey records to one report template. For example, we are using Survey123 for conservation restriction monitoring and end up with multiple survey records per property. We would like to be able to select all records related to one property and export them to one reporting template, instead of having to export them to separate reports, and then us MS Word to bring them all together. This is tedious, and may steer us away from Survey123 in the future if we can't do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi. Thanks for your review! Please check out our latest 3.5 release, which includes a new report service. You can configure your reports to include data from repeats (related records). https://esri.jiveon.com/groups/survey123/blog/2019/06/28/world-ufo-day-release-35

It is an amazing tool to gather and analyze surveys quickly and effectively. Very easy to use and easily accessible on mobile devices which is a big bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No issues or complains thus far. Not sure how well data can be integrated into softwares outside the ARCGIS package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool allows for a wide range of business workflows to be structured for a range of skills as a collector or survey taker. We have implemented a very complex survey intended for survey takers that have novice skills. Volunteers are able to see additional help advice and capture pictures to validiadat esurvey results Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool needs to have better integration capabilites with GPS and bluetooth devices in order to capture location at a better scale than the tablet of phone can offer.
