I dislike that webhooks currently do not connect to payment portals which limit the functionality for business uses for Survey123. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi! You can currently connect Survey123 to payment portals through the use of webhooks. I suggest you have a look at Integromat.com and Microsoft Flow, which are fully compatible with Survey123. Integromat and Microsoft Flow will help you connect your Survey123 data to payment systems such as WebPay, PayPal, Recurly or Stripe. If the particular payment portal you want to use is not compatible with Microsoft or Integromat, I suggest you communicate with your payment portal vendor to have it integrated with Microsoft Flow and Integromat. What do you like best about ArcGIS Survey123?

Simple to use but has the capability for complex forms. GREAT support staff at Esri who will gladly help you with any problems you have to get your survey up and running in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ArcGIS Survey123?

Simple, easy to share with client field staff. Packages the data up nicely, has lots of options for creating survey questions and allowing for drop downs eliminates having too many different responses and typos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Newest features demonstrated at the UC are limited out of the box. ArcGIS Online, Office 365 or Gmail, Microsoft Flow for somethings but Integromat for smoother integration. Bottom line there isn't a cohesive solution for all users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
