per my experiance, if i delete some of the questions and add others instead of it, when i do filters for the answers throgh the excel sheet, the answers will totally worg and missed up. so for every time i have to make a new form for every survey in order to avoid messy information. There should be an in-app way to bundle/archive the data collected - right now the only way to get the data out of the device is through the Server submission. Survey 123 is a great tool to turn anyone into a GIS data collector. This program is very straight forward and easy to use. The survey design tool can build and initiate the online database for you making it quick for rapid deployment. The survey logic is fantastic allowing for required questions, that are only required when they matter. This can be a major benefit over collector when someone who is inexperienced is operating the software. Surveys can also be issues to users who do not have an account with AGOL so there is no need to issues everyone doing damage assessments their own account. One of the biggest benefits for our agency is the ability to publish an online survey. This has allowed use to more efficiently collect reports from the public themselves. Working with attachments because a problem in survey 123. Attachments are photos or other data attached to an actual record when information is collected. We use a process where the same record can be visited multiple times via an inboxing filter in order to collect further information throughout a damage assessment. We have problems however, when it comes to photos. If a previous user has submitted photos, a later user can not. Also, it seems there are issues period in submitting photos on any record that is not the initial creating. Users editing a record within survey 123 cannot see photos submitted be previous users.
