I’m using this software to collect the geospatial data of landslide-affected households. It is a very convenient platform in response to collecting data. We have used several attributes such as location info, household info, and slope type to collect in order to prepare a database on landslide high-risk settlements. To have the exact location we used Google Satellite Map and drew the building footprints. Most of the data entering is designed as a drop-down list. Because of that it is a very easy and quick method to collect the large set of data. Using this app, we have collected over 10,000 data about landslide-affected households in landslide-prone areas of Sri Lanka.

It is super easy to write really complex survey tools and customize for our organization. It's more nimble than other solutions on the market in the mobile data capture space. It's an all in one support module too, meaning people only have to deal with me the GIS admin/analyst and not get IT involved. People in the real world hate IT. You only meant for it to be a data capture tool, so the export side sucks. I cannot hand off the export duties in a clean way. Changes to the feature service do not translate to the online page, so you can't export from there in a way that leaves all the disabled fields off. Furthermore, my users need an easy way to access sent data on their mobile phone. They do not want to go to the website. A read only mobile data viewer would be prime. This stems from another issue which is the product is very buggy when making changes, and if you have to re-create a survey because of one added/deleted question, users get confused and annoyed and lose sent survey records.
