It has a very high barrier to entry, as it is challenging to use. I would like to see improvements in UX Experience and user role definitions. I want the price to be a little lower. You can also download the desktop versions of ArcGIS. The possibilities are infinite. I efficiently take data and save costs in human resources. I generated a dashboard for citizen complaints and inquiries to the government, and thus we offer better service to the community. COst, i believe it should be a complimentary part for licensed users. What do you dislike about ArcGIS Online? -While there are thousands of maps that are available, basic types of maps seem to be lacking. -Many maps are limited to US only -UI is often clunky and annoying (e.g. editing the symbols and colors of points on maps is not an ideal process) -Perhaps most frustrating is that the collaboration tools only allow for sharing with other people however they cannot edit and save the same file (I.e. like any Google product). It is easy to access and use from a variety of devices due to the online platform. I can also easily share my work and leverage other available resources. What do you dislike about ArcGIS Online? I don't find there to be quite as many features as there are with a traditional ArcGIS server install.
