ArcGIS Excalibur enable you to search for, discover, and work with imagery in fully integrated workflows for image analytics and exploitation. With this tool you can publish hosted imagery. Well, there is nothing which I say as dislike, but once I had an issue with image rendering, it was resolved via the FAQ section, which is briefly described. You can refer to it from the link: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/excalibur/latest/reference/faqs.htm#anchor11 And another thing which can be workable is that this tool should support customisation through API. The best thing which was lacking in many GIS tools is if you have some customised settings with one machine, you can not share it with another device, but you can do it in this tool.
