What do you like best about CData Arc?

Flexibility - they have connectors to transform data to whatever you need very easily.

Updates - constantly adding new features and enhancing the UI to make it more user-friendly.

Support - we always receive exceptional support anytime we need to reach out for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CData Arc?

I wish there were an easy way to search for connector-type data in the UI. For example, if a provider gives us a partner URL, there isn't an easy way to see if we have that setup already. I'd also like it if there was a way to store contacts on each connector page with a way to export that data. This would make maintenance-type activities such as cert changes much easier. What problems is CData Arc solving and how is that benefiting you?

EDI Support - it allows us to easily handle EDI integrations with our vendors and carriers.

What do you like best about CData Arc?

Currently, we are working with CData Arc to provide their services to our customers. As a result of our positive experience with CData Arc's support staff and the reliability of their products, we have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We decided to work with the CData Arc group because they offer the most straightforward approach to integrating different systems, a highly valuable ability to manage various data formats and types, and a safe means of storing and processing the data business acquire.

CData Arc solutions are fantastic for our clients and us because they are highly compliant with EU / eDelivery regulations/standards. There was simply nothing else available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CData Arc?

There is no such thing as perfection, but when it comes to CData Arc, we believe they may be very near. There are no flaws in the product, especially in light of the enhancements and improvements that have been implemented recently.

Since we are also a fintech company, we would really appreciate the option of having invoices for their services automatically paid rather than having to manually fill out bank payment forms. We advocate the implementation of Payment Initiation Service and Request-to-pay (RTP) technology to facilitate payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CData Arc solving and how is that benefiting you?

We offer RTP, ERP and EDI services. The majority of CData Arc's usage comes through MFT/EDI through AS2 or AS4 with our customers.

It enables Europe CEF eDelivery building block based on a distributed paradigm known as the "4-corner model" and meets with standards required to provide services in multiple networks, including Peppol network, OOTS, SDG, and others.

As a reseller, we benefit from the simple, scalable solutions it provides for our customers and us, as well as the cross-selling and business expansion options it offers us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CData Arc?

How the support are always kind and patient with me. On numerous occasioins they had to be patient with my learning curve. But they always excelled my expectations. Not only in their support service timeframe, but also in the detailed manner in which they dealt with my support queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CData Arc?

That i sometimes have to wait until the next day. We are on different time zones. I do have to add though that they have support in other time zones as well. With complicated matters I sometimes had to wait for the personnel of the same timezone to help again, but in frequently queried matters, I was contacted from helped from other time - zones much quicker than I expected. What do you like best about CData Arc?

We love the breadth of features it is truly amazing! The ease to install was amazing. We got it up and running in a production environment in no time! In case we needed something the tech support was prompt and right on the spot, thank you! The AS2 server was the bread ad butter of daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CData Arc?

Just that i could not use a "search" for a file in the AS2 connector in the input/output tabs in the GUI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Evan, thanks for your 5* review! We really appreciate it and are glad the AS2 server is meeting your needs. You also make a good point about searching for files directly in the connector -- we have passed along that feedback to our product management team, and they liked the idea.

That said, since files in Arc often flow from one connector to the next, we have implemented an application-wide search feature in the STATUS page of the app. Users can search for files not only in one connector, but across all connectors and also track its journey through its entire workflow.
